* These services require a previous technical visit, the cost of which is refundable when contracting the installation service. If you know the measurement and characteristics of the area to be installed ask the sales advisor for the installation chart for the product you wish to purchase. |

Visit one of our stores and request the technical visit if needed.
After the technical visit you will receive a written report with the installation details; if an additional work estimate is required, you can collect it from the store 24 hours after said visit.
With the report from the technical visit you can request the installation service to your sales advisor, in the SAC module you will be asked to give your personal data and the cash register will charge you in accordance with the current rates.

Office hours |
Office hours in the customer service modules run from opening until closing of the store.
Programming of technical visits and installations close at 5 p.m. and are carried out after 24 hours of having contracted the service, Sundays do not count for the programming of services.

Payment conditions |
Our clients may use any means of payment for contracting the installation service.
The installation service does not include repairs, modifications, cutting the bottom of the doors, sanding or others, it only considers direct labor for the installation of the products purchased in our stores. |

The guarantee for the installation service is 6 months.
All the services must be previously cancelled in our stores; the technician is not to receive any money at all for any concept.
Some of the tools used during the installation produce disturbing noises.
The installation area may not be used during the installation, electric energy must be available and also the necessary light to carry out the service.
It is the client’s responsibility to show the position of the light and water tubing, telephone cables and others in order to avoid accidents; our stores do not assume responsibility for the breaking of tubing and the damages this may cause.
The client shall assume the reprogramming cost if the working area is not suitable for the installation, if the address is not correct, if the materials are nor available or if the person responsible is not present.
The client must purchase all the necessary materials for the installation in any of our stores; we do not install products that have not been purchased in our stores.
A responsible adult, with authority to make decisions during the installation work, must be present; otherwise the installers’ recommendations shall prevail.
The working area will be cleaned when the installation finishes. The client
shall remove the waste material.
The client shall keep children and pets away from the working area.
The installation service does not include reparations, modifications,
reduction cutting of doors, sanding or any other action. The service only includes the installation of products that have been purchased in our
stores. |
